Job Duties::
- Bestellung von Bücherwünschen (print und eBook)
- Rechnungsbearbeitung und Etat-Verwaltung
- Verwaltung von Büchern und Zeitschriften, Vorbereitung der Medien für die Aufstellung in der Fakultätsbibliothek
- Kommunikation mit Instituten der Fakultät Juridicum
- Informationsdienst am Schalter sowie Abwicklung von Ausleihen, Rückgaben und Reservierungen
- Arbeiten in den Lesebereichen und Magazinen (Ausheben, Einstellen, Bestandsflächen verwalten)
Your Qualifications::
- Abgeschlossene Lehre oder berufsbildende mittlere Schule
- Berufserfahrung im Bibliotheksbereich oder Buchhandel von Vorteil
- Gute PC-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit der Bibliothekssoftware ALMA von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B1)
- Selbstständiges, strukturiertes Arbeiten, Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
