Bestellung von Bücherwünschen (print und eBook)
Rechnungsbearbeitung und Etat-Verwaltung
Verwaltung von Büchern und Zeitschriften, Vorbereitung der Medien für die Aufstellung in der Fakultätsbibliothek
Kommunikation mit Instituten der Fakultät Juridicum
Informationsdienst am Schalter sowie Abwicklung von Ausleihen, Rückgaben und Reservierungen
Arbeiten in den Lesebereichen und Magazinen (Ausheben, Einstellen, Bestandsflächen verwalten)

Your Qualifications::

Abgeschlossene Lehre oder berufsbildende mittlere Schule
Berufserfahrung im Bibliotheksbereich oder Buchhandel von Vorteil
Gute PC-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit der Bibliothekssoftware ALMA von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B1)
Selbstständiges, strukturiertes Arbeiten, Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 2,620.10 gross per month (14 x per year, CA Job Grade: IIb)
