Job Duties::

Beratung von JKU-Studierenden zu einem Auslandsstudium, Aufbereitung der Informationen (Website, Info-Veranstaltungen) in Deutsch und Englisch
Unterstützung bei der Administration der Erasmus+ Stipendien (u.a. Prüfung der Voraussetzungen)
Datenbankbetreuung
Abwicklung der Erasmus + Auslandsaufenthalte

Your Qualifications::

Matura oder gleichwertige Qualifikation, idealerweise Studium an der JKU
Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2)
Interkulturelle Kompetenz, idealerweise absolviertes Erasmus+ Auslandsstudium
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in komplexe Inhalte
Genaues, selbständiges Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit
Freude an der Arbeit mit Datenbanken, versierter Umgang mit MS Office, insb. Excel
Hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung

On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 2,759.20 gross per month (14 x per year, CA Job Grade: IIIa)
