The Clinical Department of Translational Immunodermatology, which is currently being established, is seeking to fill a position for an assistant working 20-40 hours per week. As part of a young, dynamic team, you will support the director and the staff of the Clinical Department of Translational Immunodermatology in administrative and organizational tasks:

Job Duties::

  • General university assistance and administrative work
  • Responsibility for the correspondence of the head of the clinical department
  • Appointment coordination and travel organization (including vacation and business trip applications)
  • Coordination of meetings, telephone conferences, employee matters, certificates, signatures
  • Organization of meetings and events (including room preparation, taking minutes)
  • Preparation of documents (minutes, dictations) as well as file management and archiving activities
  • Administrative support for lecturers in the Clinical Department of Human Medicine (e.g. support in the preparation of course materials)
  • Support in the administration of research projects as well as in the preparation and implementation of project billing
  • Contact person for employees and external persons (e.g. visiting physicians)
  • Invoice control
  • Ordering materials
  • Organization of staff interviews and job applications
  • Responsibility for the institute homepage

Your Qualifications::

  • Completed high school diploma from a vocational high school or comparable training with professional experience
  • Professional experience in the field of assistance, administration or similar specialist areas desired
  • Commercial knowledge desirable
  • Very good IT skills, especially with standard software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Internet browser, etc.)
  • Independent, autonomous, structured work and reliability
  • Communication and organizational skills as well as service orientation
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills (German level C1, English level B2)

  • On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 2,699.20 gross per month (14 x per year, CA Job Grade: IIIa)
