Job Duties::
- Active participation in the institute's research activities
- Active participation in the teaching and examination activities at the institute, supervision of students
- Active participation in the institute’s general administration activities
- Independent research activities in the subject area of the institute
- Independent teaching
Your Qualifications::
- The successful candidate must hold a Master degree or equivalent in a subject area preferably in social or economic sciences, also subjects in the humanities/cultural studies will be considered
- Possess expertise in the area of gender studies as part of social and/or economic sciences. Alternatively also gender knowledge from the hummanities will be considered
- Expertise in the field of „Work and Gender“ and/or „Feminist Economics“ is an advantage
- Experience and skills working with quantitative or qualitative empirical research methods
- High scientific research potential
- Excellent German and English skills (level C1)
- A strong social skill set and personal commitment are required
