Die Abteilung Standard Anwendungsservices ist zentrale Dienstleisterin für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der universitätsweiten IT-Standard-Anwendungslandschaft. Mit einem Team von 15 Spezialist*innen, gegliedert in zwei Referate, verantwortet die Abteilung den stabilen und effizienten Betrieb von Applikationen, auf die Verwaltung, Lehre und Forschung im täglichen Betrieb angewiesen sind.
Job Duties::
- Disziplinäre und fachliche Leitung der Abteilung, gegliedert in 2 Referate (Digitale Services & Anwendungen, SAP Anwendungen)
- Planung, Steuerung und Controlling des Abteilungsbudgets
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Standardanwendungen im Universitätsbetrieb (z.B. SAP, Atlassian Suite, Formularservices,..)
- Initiierung, Steuerung und Begleitung von IT-Projekten im Bereich StandardAnwendungsservices - von der Anforderung bis zur Implementierung
- Aktive Mitgestaltung und Vorantreiben der digitalen Transformation der Universität in enger Abstimmung mit Stakeholder*innen aus Verwaltung, Lehre und Forschung
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung der technischen Infrastruktur und der Produktlandschaft der Abteilung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Abteilungen, der Universitätsleitung sowie externen Dienstleister*innen
Your Qualifications::
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung bzw. gleichwertige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, idealerweise im IT- oder Hochschulumfeld
- Technisches Verständnis für moderne IT-Infrastrukturen
- Kenntnisse in SAP, insbesondere in den Modulen FI/CO und HR sowie die Weiterentwicklung komplexer SAP-Landschaften
- Verständnis des Product-Ownership-Konzepts sowie die Fähigkeit, diese Prinzipien in IT-Strukturen zu verankern
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Budgetplanung und -controlling
- Vertrautheit mit gängigen Standardanwendungen und IT-Serviceprozessen (zB. ITIL, TOGAF)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (Deutsch Niveaustufe C1, Englisch Niveaustufe C1)
- Erfahrung in der strategischen Weiterentwicklung von Organisationseinheiten und Services
- Analytisches Denken, hohe Eigenverantwortung und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil
What We Offer::
- On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) and with at least 3 years of creditable previous service the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 4,476.50 gross per month (14 x per year, CA Job Grade: IVb, R1) with willingness to overpay depending on relevant qualifications and professional experience
