An der Universitätsklinik für Dermatologie und Venerologie wird ein*e engagierte*r Studienkoordinator*in, im Beschäftigungsausmaß von 20-40 Wochenstunden, gesucht, der*die den Vorstand der Universitätsklinik im administrativen und organisatorischen Bereich unterstützt.

Job Duties::

  • Autonomous and responsible execution of tasks within clinical and scientific studies
  • Administrative management of the Study Center of the University Clinic for Dermatology and Venereology in cooperation with the assigned research group leads
  • Assistance with administrative and organizational aspects of research projects (documentation, coordination, logistics, data management and analysis, monitoring, research meetings)
  • Support in preparing and submitting applications to ethics committees
  • Cooperation with the Coordination Center for Clinical Studies (KKS Linz) of the JKU Medical Faculty and the Service Center for Clinical Research (SCCR) of Kepler University Hospital
  • Communication with sponsors, study headquarters, principal investigators, authorities, and other stakeholders
  • Support in preparing grant applications for FFG, FWF, and other funding bodies
  • Preparation for and participation in monitor visits, audits, and regulatory inspections
  • Administration of the PURE research database
  • Administration of study-related controlling and accounting activities, including travel, procurement, scheduling, and teaching coordination

Your Qualifications::

  • Completed university degree e.g., medicine, technical or natural sciences, or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience, preferably in study coordination
  • Practical experience in conducting studies or scientific work within study or research group coordination
  • Organizational and commercial skills
  • Excellent German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2), spoken and written
  • Strong IT skills — Including Google Drive, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations (e.g., ICH/GCP, MPG)
  • High team spirit, friendly and open demeanor, motivation to work in an innovative, interdisciplinary environment
  • Reliability and resilience — Ability to work in a structured yet flexible manner
