Job Duties::

  • Support the institute in research and teaching
  • The teaching load amounts to two semester hours per week

Your Qualifications::

  • The successful candidate must hold a Diploma/Master's degree in Economics
  • We expect strong command of English (C1), German language skills are of advantage
  • Specialisation in econometrics with a strong quantitative methods background
  • Extensive experience in applied statistical and econometric analysis
  • Proficiency in R and Python
  • 12+ months of study abroad
  • Research internship experience at an economic research institute
  • Experience teaching at the university level, including the design and grading of examinations
  • Experience supporting the organisation of a scientific conference
  • Organisation and implementation of a randomised controlled trial
  • Experience working in the field for a field experiment
  • Peer-reviewed publication in an economicsor psychology journal
  • Proven track record of interdisciplinary scientific collaboration
