Job Duties::
- Verantwortlichkeit für die Gesamtkoordination und Abwicklung der klinischen Studien an der Universitätsklinik
- Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten im Rahmen von Studien
- Führen der vorgesehenen papierbasierten oder elektronischen CRFs inklusive Scores, Management elektronischer Tagebücher, Therapieverläufe, Nebenwirkungserfassung - Meldung und Befunde
- Organisation und Koordination von Diagnostik, Labor Probeversand und gegebenenfalls Prüfmedikation
- Kooperation mit dem Kompetenzzentrum für klinische Studien (KKS) der medizinischen Fakultät der JKU und dem Service Center for Clinical Research (SCCR) des Kepler Uniklinikums
- Kommunikation mit Studienzentralen, Principal Investigator, Ethikkommission, Behörden, Sponsor*innen, etc.
- Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Monitorbesuchen, Audits und Behördeninspektionen
- Führen einer Forschungsdatenbank, Projektübersicht, Publikationserfassung und Forschungsdokumentation
- Teilnahme an nationalen und internationalen Investigator Meetings
- Datenauswertung
Your Qualifications::
- abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Biologie, Naturwissenschaften oder verwandten Gebieten
- Vorzugsweise Erfahrung im Bereich klinischer Studien und des wissenschaftlichen Arbeitens als Study Nurse oder Studienkoordinator*in
- Grundkenntnisse relevanter Regularien (ICH/GCP, AMG und GCP-V Training)
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Deutsch Niveaustufe C1, Englisch Niveaustufe B2)
- sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
- ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- selbstständige, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweisen sowie hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit
- Bereitschaft zur Fort- und Weiterbildung
- Aufgrund der Vorschriften des Kepler Universitätsklinikums (KUK) muss bei Tätigkeit in den Räumlichkeiten der KUK ein gewisser Immunstatus (Masern-Mumps-Röteln, Variazellen, Hepatitis B) bei Dienstbeginn vorliegen
