Job Duties::

  • Teaching and research in the field of Computer Science Education and Instructional Technology
  • Participation in the “COOL Lab” (Computer Science and Teaching & Learning Workshop)
  • Planning and conducting computer science and interdisciplinary workshops for children and school classes
  • Contributing to research projects within the department and to other departmental activities (continuing education, public relations, etc.)
  • Supervision of students

Your Qualifications::

  • The candidate must have a completed teacher education degree and doctoral studies with a focus on Computer Science and/or Digital Basic Education
  • Sound knowledge in at least two of the following areas: implementation and use of technologies for teaching, AI in Education, (Computer Science) Education, Instructional Design
  • Teaching/didactic competence
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English (proficiency level B2+)
  • Ability to work independently on administrative and academic/scientific tasks
