Job Duties::

Demand planning, selection, operation and maintenance of hardware and software systems
Maintenance and support of the existing PC pools, networks and services
Supporting the institute members in the application of these systems
Extension and administration of the institute websites (Jekyll/Github Pages/Wordpress/Typo3
AWS Cluster and custom server infrastructure maintenance (Linux)
Technical organization of invited talks/livestreams
Implementation of small software solutions (in C++, Python, Java, etc.) desired, but not required

Your Qualifications::

Matura or completed Bachelor’s degree
Experience in system administration (Windows/Linux/MacOS)
Experience working with network and cloud systems (AWS, Cisco)
Programing experience (Web and application development) desirable
Engagement
Very good knowledge of German (Level C1) and English (B2)

What We Offer::

On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 3,131.30 gross per month (14 x per year, CA Job Grade: IIIb)
