- Allgemeine Sekretariats- und Verwaltungsaufgaben
- Verwaltung des Institutsbudgets und von Drittmitteln
- Administrative Unterstützung der Forschenden und Lehrenden
- Organisation des Lehrveranstaltungs- und Prüfungsbetriebs
- Ansprechperson für Studierende
- Weitere Organisationsaufgaben, wie z.B. Dienstreisen und Veranstaltungen
- Abrechnung von Dienstreisen
- Wartung der Institutshomepage
Your Qualifications::
- Abgeschlossene Matura oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Buchhaltungskenntnisse und SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem PC, insbesondere mit der Standardsoftware (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)
- Erfahrung mit Lehradministrationsprogrammen (z.B. KUSSS, Moodle) und mit CMS-Systemen (z.B. Typo3) von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch Niveaustufe C1, Englisch Niveaustufe B2)
- Organisationstalent, Selbstständigkeit und Umsichtigkeit
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit

- On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 2,759.20 gross per month (14 x per year, CA Job Grade: IIIa)
