General secretarial and administrative tasks
Administration of the departmental budget
Travel Planning and accounting

Your Qualifications::

High school diploma or comparable education
PC skills with MS-Office programs (Word, Excel), with administration programs (SAP), as well as with teaching administration programs (Moodle)
Very good knowledge of German and English (German level C1, English level B2)
Ability to communicate and work in a team
Commitment and initiative
Open-mindedness for innovations (learning new software)

What We Offer::

On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 2,759.20 gross per month (14 x per year, CA Job Grade: IIIa)
