Die Abteilung Controlling als eine zentrale Schnittstelle der Universität unterstützt die Universitätsleitung, die Institute aller Fakultäten, sowie die Verwaltung in budgetären Angelegenheiten. Zur Stärkung vor allem in Angelegenheiten der Medizinischen Fakultät und Weiterentwicklung unseres Teams, insbesondere aber auch die Umsetzung unserer digitalen Strategie, suchen wir eine*n Financial Data Scientist (w/m/d).

Job Duties::

Mitarbeit / Mitgestaltung bei der Einführung eines neuen Budgetplanungstools für die JKU
Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung einheitlicher Reporting- und Datenvisualisierungslösungen (Einführung BI / KI Lösungen)
Unterstützung von Digitalisierungsprojekten und Automatisierungsvorhaben im Controlling (BPA/RPA, usw.)
Technische Schnittstelle zwischen Controlling und Partner*innenabteilungen
Erstellung von Dashboards und ad hoc Analysen

Your Qualifications::

Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Betriebswirtschaft / Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
Gute SAP-Kenntnisse (S4/HANA bevorzugt)
BI Kenntnisse (z.B. SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI)
Erfahrungen bei der Einführung von Planungstools ist von Vorteil
Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzen und Controlling
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Niveaustufe B2)
Sehr gute EDV-Anwender*innenkenntnisse (versierter Umgang mit MS Office insb. Excel)
Proaktive, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Zuverlässigkeit
Serviceorientierung und Selbstständigkeit
Hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

What We Offer::

On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) with at least 3 years of creditable previous service the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 4.105,60 gross per month (14 x per year, CA Job Grade: IVa, level 1) with willingness to overpay depending on relevant qualifications and professional experience
