Job Duties::

Autonomous organization of the institute's administrative office (e.g., ordering supplies, invoicing/expense accounting, calendar management)
Supporting academic staff with organizational matters (course administration, business travel)
Written and email correspondence, as well as proofreading, in German and English
Administrative duties related to teaching and research projects (budget administration, budget tracking/controlling, cost calculation)
Point of contact for students, staff, and external lecturers
Maintenance and updating of various websites (e.g., institute website, Pure)

Your Qualifications::

Secondary school leaving certificate (Matura / High school diploma) or equivalent qualification
Very good German and English language skills (B2 level)
Solid IT skills (MS Office); experience with SAP is an advantage
Ability to work well in a team, along with an independent and thorough working style
Familiarity with university structures and organization is an advantage

What We Offer::

On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 2,759.20 gross per month (14 x per year, CA Job Grade: IIIa)
