Job Duties::

Abwicklung von Neubau- und Sanierungsprojekten am gesamten JKU-Campus (JKU Campus Auhof und bei Bedarf JKU MED Campus)
Vertretung von Nutzer*inneninteressen in allen Planungs- und Bauphasen
Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei referatsübergreifenden Projekten
Technische Abstimmung mit dem Projektteam
Angebotsprüfung und Verifizierung von Vergabevorschlägen
Termin- und Kostenverfolgung
Berichts- und Dokumentationswesen

Your Qualifications::

Technische Fachausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, HKLS oder Hochbau
Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung
Erfahrung in der Baubranche
Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit
Gute PC-Kenntnisse
Ganzheitliches technisches Denken (gewerkeübergreifend)
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Deutsch Niveaustufe C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (Niveaustufe B2)

On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) with at least 3 years of creditable previous service the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 3,450.30 gross per month (14 x per year, CA Job Grade: IIIb, level 1)
