The planned project aims to develop a vascularized lymph node-on-a-chip model based on a commercially available organ-on-a-chip system. To this end, the successful candidate will develop a bioprinting strategy to simulate a vascular system, which will then be integrated into a lymph node model. Finally, the model’s ability to respond to allogeneic organoids will be tested.
