Kompetente Beratung der Studierenden
Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Webinhalten und Informationsmaterialien
Bürowesen und Büroorganisation; Ablage- und Ordnungssystem führen
Administrative Unterstützung und Organisation des Lehrveranstaltungs- und Prüfungsbetriebes im gesamten Multimedia-Diplomstudium der Rechtswissenschaften

Your Qualifications::

Reifeprüfung oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Sekretariat
Kenntnisse in der Büroorganisation
Selbständige, genaue und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von MS Office
Sehr gute Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift
Kreativität und Aufgeschlossenheit für Neuerungen
Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
Seriöses, freundliches und kompetentes Auftreten
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Deutsch Niveaustufe C1), Englischkenntnisse nicht erforderlich
