Job Duties::
- Conduct research within the fields of games user research, games analytics, player support tools, and/or gameplay visualization
- Collaborating in research projects at the institute
- Publishing scientific articles in renowned international conferences and journals
- Public dissemination and presentations at conferences
- Co-supervision of students, e.g., Bachelor’s and Master’s theses
- Assisting in acquiring further research funding
- Contributing to the teaching and organizational activities of the department
Your Qualifications::
- The successful candidate must hold a Diploma/Master’s degree in computer science or related fields
- Excellent academic skills with a clear interest in games research
- Have excellent knowledge of, or being willing to familiarize yourself, with current research in analytics, HCI and/or information visualization
- Highly motivated and interest in working interdisciplinary
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written (level C1) and good knowledge of German is an advantage (level B1, but not mandatory)
