Job Duties::
- Allgemeine Sekretariatsaufgaben eines Universitätsinstituts (Koordination von Terminen, Schriftverkehr in Deutsch und Englisch, Reiseplanung und -abrechnung, etc.)
- Organisation des Lehrveranstaltungs- und Prüfungsbetriebes
- Ansprechperson für Studierende
- Erstellung bzw. Überarbeitung von schriftlichen Unterlagen bzw. Präsentationen
- Unterstützung bei der Administration von Forschungsprojekten sowie Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Projektabrechnungen
- Verwaltung des Institutsbudgets, Budgetüberwachung und –kontrolle mittels SAP
- Verwaltung der Sonderbibliothek (Buchbestellungen/Ausleihen/Rückgaben/Fernleihe)
- Aktualisierung der Institutswebseite
Your Qualifications::
- Maturaabschluss
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Standardsoftware und Textverarbeitung am PC (v.a. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch Niveaustufe C1, Englisch Niveaustufe B2)
- Kenntnisse in Büroorganisation
- Selbstständige und problemlösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität sowie Eigenverantwortung
- Freude im Umgang mit Menschen, Teamfähigkeit, freundliches Auftreten
- SAP bzw. Buchhaltungskenntnisse von Vorteil

- On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 2,699.20 gross per month (14 x per year, CA Job Grade: IIIa)
