Als Institutsreferent*in am Institut für Psychologie betreuen Sie die Abteilung für Arbeits-, Organisations- und Medienpsychologie, sowie die Abteilung für Wirtschaftspsychologie und die Abteilung für Angewandte Psychologie.
Job Duties::
- Büroorganisation und Terminmanagement
- Korrespondenz und E-Mail-Verkehr in Deutsch und Englisch
- Abwicklung von Verwaltungsagenden und Kostenabrechnung im Rahmen von Forschungsprojekten
- Reiseplanung und Abrechnung
- Koordination und Administration der Lehre
- Ansprechperson für Studierende, Mitarbeiter*innen und Kooperationspartner*innen
Your Qualifications::
- Abgeschlossene Matura oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Zuverlässigkeit, Freude am selbstständigen Arbeiten und Lernbereitschaft
- Freundliches und kompetentes Auftreten
- Kenntnisse in der Büroorganisation
- Gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, …), Einarbeitungsfähigkeit in andere Programme (z.B. SAP)
- Organisationsgeschick und gutes Zeitmanagement
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Deutschkenntnisse (Niveaustufe C1), Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil (Niveaustufe A2)

- On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 2,699.20 gross per month (14 x per year, CA Job Grade: IIIa)
