Job Duties::
- Allgemeine Sekretariats- und Verwaltungsaufgaben, Korrespondenz und Mailverkehr in Deutsch und Englisch
- Verwaltung, administrative Abwicklung, Budgetkontrolle und Budgetverwaltung (SAP) bei Forschungsprojekten
- Ansprechperson für Anfragen und Unterstützung bei Organisationsaufgaben, z.B. Projekt-, Reise- und Tagungsorganisation
- Ansprechperson für Anfragen von Studierenden und administrative Unterstützung der Lehraufgaben des Instituts
- Mithilfe bei der Planung und Ausrichtung von Institutsveranstaltungen
- Betreuung und Aktualisierung der Institutswebsite
Your Qualifications::
- Abgeschlossene Matura oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch Niveaustufe C1, Englisch Niveaustufe B1/B2 von Vorteil)
- Sehr gute EDV Kenntnisse, insbesondere mit Standardsoftware (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Selbstständige, gewissenhafte und genaue Arbeitsweise sowie organisatorisches Talent
- Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit mit den Kolleg*innen in der Abteilung, am Institut und der JKU
- Erfahrung mit internationalen Projekt-/Kooperationspartner*innen von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in Buchhaltung und Rechnungswesen von Vorteil

- On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 2,759.20 gross per month (14 x per year, CA Job Grade: IIIa)
