- Organisation des Lehrveranstaltungs- und Prüfungsbetriebes
- Budgetkontrolle und Budgetverwaltung bei Forschungsprojekten
- Betreuung der Institutshomepage
- Ansprechperson für Studierende, Mitarbeiter*innen und Gäste des Instituts
- Unterstützung bei Organisationsaufgaben z.B. Projekt-, Reise- und Tagesorganisationen
Your Qualifications::
- Ausbildung als Bürokaufmann*frau oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sichere Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch Niveaustufe C1, Englisch Niveaustufe B1 )
- Einschlägige EDV-Kenntnisse (Excel, SAP, etc.)
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
- Teamfähigkeit und offenes, freundliches Auftreten und Kommunizieren

- On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 2,620.10 gross per month (14 x per year, CA Job Grade: IIb)
